Admission Fees for All India Quota/State Quota Students  is Rs. 24000/- (including hostel) + Rs. 1000/- (as counselling fees for State quota students only)

 

  1.   State quota students are directed to appear before the Medical Board and Scrutiny Board positively before 1:00 PM during the admission dates failing which they will have to appear on the next day.

The All india Quota and State Quota students will have to submit an Agreement mentioning that on completion of

his/her MBBS Course, the student shall serve the Government of Assam for minimum period of 5 (five) years

upon offer of appointment in any State Government Service in the Health and Allied sector including agencies/institutions

under NHM and/or any other State/Central Government sponsored Scheme/s inclusive of at least 1(one) year rural service

Steps to be followed

  1.  
  2. After arriving at College, Candidates will have to undergo mandatory Medical Examination before document verification.
  3.  
  4. Candidates can pay the admission fees by Cash or UPI during admission/document submission
  5.  

Admission Fees : Rs. 24,000/- (Rupees Twenty Four Thousand) only

 

Refund on upgradation of college: Rs. 21,500/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousand Five) only.

  2. The following documents are required for Physical Reporting for verification by the College authority (Original & Photocopy): -
  3. Original documents (along with attested photocopies of documents) for admission to under- graduate medical courses for admission to 15% of total seats on
  4. All-India basis required at the time of joining in allotted Medical / Dental College are as mentioned below.
  5. (i)   Allotment Letter issued by MCC
  6. (ii)  Admit Card of Exam issued by NTA.
  7. (iii)  Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA.
  8. (iv)  Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric/10th Certificate does not bear the same)
  9. (v)  Class 10th Certificate
  10. (vi) Class 10+2 Certificate
  11. (vii) Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
  12. (viii) Proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving Licence/ Passport)
  13. (ix) For NRI/ OCI candidates appearing for Deemed Universities following documents are mandatory: a) Passport copy of sponsorer, embassy certificate                 b) Sponsorship affidavit (stating that sponsorer is ready to bear the expenses for the whole duration of study) c) Relationship Affidavit (Relation of Candidate            with the sponsorer)
  14. (x) The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:
    1. (a) SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the standard format as specified in the prospectus/information bulletin) and it should be in
    2. English or Hindi in language. Sub caste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. Some of the States insist for English version of Caste Certificate.
    3. In case the certificate is in regional language the candidate should carry a Attested translated copy of the certificate in English/ Hindi.
    4. (b) OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub- caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to
    5. Creamy Layer to claim OBC reservation benefit. The OBC certificate must be in the standard format as mentioned in the prospectus/ Information Bulletin.
    6. (c) Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board for 21 Benchmark Disabilities as per the Rights of Persons with
    7. Disability Act 2016 (RPWD Act, 2016). (Please see clause 10.1 of Information Bulletin of AIPMT/NEET for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses,
    8. published by Central Board of Secondary Education (NTA) for details). No other PWD certificate, issued by any other Authority/Hospital will be
    9. entertained.
    10. (d) EWS Certificate as per the prescribed format.

(xi) Online Relieving letter from previous college (if any).

  15. (xi) The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:
    1. (a) SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the format as specified in the prospectus) and should be in English or Hindi language.
    2. Sub caste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate.
    3. (b) EWS Certificate as per the Central Govt. Norms.
    4. (c) OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong
    5. to Creamy Layer. The OBC certificate must be in the format as mentioned in the prospectus.
    6. (d) Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board for 21 Benchmark Disabilities as per the Rights of Persons with
    7. Disability Act,2016. No other PwD certificate, issued by any other Authorities/ Hospital will be entertained.
  16. (2) During joining the college, candidates are advised to bring the above mentioned original documents alongwith photocopies.

Important points

  1. (a) Bond Condition : Students willing to take stipend/salary will have to sign an Agreement binding himself/herself to serve Assam Government
  2. for a mandatory period of 1 (one) year and upto 10 yrs if the Government desires their services or pay compensation of Rupees 20 Lakh
  3. to the Government in respect of PG Degree candidates and Rupees 15 Lakh in respect of PG Diploma candidates. Bond has to be
  4. signed within 15 days of commencement of classes. Option available for No Bond No Stipend. 
  5. (b) Seat surrender rules is as per NBE guidelines. Penalty for seat surrender of PG Degree seats is Rs. 10 Lakh and for PG Diploma Seat is Rs. 5 Lakh alongwith the amount of stipend aleady drawn as fixed by Govt. of Assam from the session 2022.
  6. (c) Refund will be made within 2-3 days of release after upgradation in their Account numbers.
  7. (d) Hostel accommodation are subject to availability of seats.

 

Candidates without original certificates/documents will not be allowed to take admission in allotted Medical/ Dental College.
